I have been looking at Star Wars: The Clone Wars to see what videos I can find on Voice Acting I have found a video that is a short interview that shows a behind the scenes look at how Darth Maul is portrayed in the Clone Wars series, the Voice Actor who also voices Starkiller in "The Force Unleashed" Series of video games and Darth Sidius in Video Games and TV Shows, talks about how he always loved to have a role in star wars as he was a massive geek for the show, and had a rough idea of how he would portray the character of Darth Maul, he explains that in a discussion with his friends they mentioned how Darth Maul may act if he was ever to come back to the Star Wars universe after the events of Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace, he talks how he thought about how much the character had gone through, what misery had he to deal with, and how would his emotions of sadness, grief, fear and anger would affect that character, which helped him get into character as he'd mentally prepared for the role with that discussion in mind.

He has a very good method to his voice acting, from the video that I have seen it looks like his is physically trying to become the character itself as well as trying to go off script by adding his own thoughts into the script and trying to make the character his own by trying to get psychologically into the head of the character and try and emphasise this through his method of voice acting. It also must've helped working alongside Clancy Brown another famous voice actor, as I imagine that he must've learnt certain techniques or something interesting working with someone who is just as experienced as himself. I wish that this interview were longer because I was hoping that maybe he would talk about the process he went through to get the role, and maybe anything he learnt from his co-stars.

Here is the video Below:
